Compassion Mindset for Healthcare Workshop (MELBOURNE)

The Compassion Mindset for Healthcare (CMH) is a one-day workshop that equips healthcare professionals with the mindset and behavioural skills that characterise the best experiences and outcomes for both patient and clinician. These are the research backed non-technical skills absent from medical training programs. Drawing on a framework developed through years of research and direct work with clinicians, CMH equips participants with the mindset and skillset for Trusted Connection, New Capability, and Therapeutic Trajectories — equipping participants with the skills to ensure Every Interaction Heals.

This workshop is for all healthcare professionals - whether you are early in your career, navigating the pressures of a system under strain, or leading others.

All participants receive individualised materials, drawing on validated assessment, and our research white paper, Communication as Care. Course materials are able to be adapted to the participants' particular setting.
