About 700 Healthcare

About Us

700 Healthcare Bridge Framework

Each day, the adult brain forms approximately 700 new neural connections in each hemisphere: tiny, powerful opportunities for learning, adaptation, and growth. These moments, like all opportunities, can either be shaped with intention or lost in the noise of everyday practice.

700 Healthcare exists to ensure they are not lost. Our Healthcare Bridge unifies research and practice to transform these opportunities into interactions that heal.

We equip clinicians, patients, and healthcare organisations with mindsets and skillsets to make the most of every interaction—especially the ones that matter most. In moments of conflict, disconnection, and uncertainty, we help turn experience into leadership, and interaction into healing.

700 Healthcare collaborates with a global network of Compassionate Accountability providers, academic institutions, medical colleges, and partners including Next Element Consulting, USA, and PCM Oceania.

Paul is the founder of 700 Healthcare and Next Element's Compassionate Accountability Master Trainer in Oceania. In partnership with Next Element (USA), he co-developed the Compassion Mindset for Healthcare curriculum — translating research and practice into a programme built to strengthen clinical impact and wellbeing.

Paul's experience in legal practice, professional sports leadership, and non-technical skills development is unified by a single reality: in each of these settings, performance matters, and rests on mindset, communication, and behaviour. Paul has supported hundreds of medical professionals to deepen their non-technical skillsets to sustain clinical journeys that are effective and meaningful.

Paul's M.App.Psy (Hons) research explored the power of interactions between healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers, and how these unify experiences, outcomes, and wellbeing for every person.

The work begins and ends with a single conviction: every interaction has the potential to heal. With a mindset and skillset to enable that — they do.

Testimonial

  • Testimonials

The Compassionate Accountability workshop I completed via RACS truly surprised me. With a new lens to view colleagues, and new skills to engage with them I was able to address and reset one key clinical relationship while the workshop series was still in progress.

I have continued to use the skills learnt on a daily basis in the 12 months since the workshop, and highly recommend it to my peers.

  • Testimonials

As a Consultant working across public and private settings I work with different teams in different places.

The Compassionate Accountability workshop I participated in helped me see how the conflict I was experiencing moving between settings could be approached differently - starting with me. Since  using these skills I have experienced less stress and stable improvements in team communication.

Simply one of the best and thought provoking training programs i have ever taken part in. It was obvious from the outset that Paul had an outstanding grasp of the context, and could support participants to create better outcomes.
